Since its’ founding in 1995, Trademark Properties, Inc. has focused on providing the finest real estate experience possible. Our experience and services ranges from building new homes, Managing residential properties to listing and selling existing homes in the Northern Kentucky area. Our goal has always been to give our clients honest and fair representation by bringing buyers and renters together with sellers and investors.  

New Home Construction:

We have built hundreds of new homes in the Northern Kentucky area with the quality and service everyone would expect.  Our remodeling services range from small bathroom remodels to custom finished basements and room additions.  We also work with the investor and private homeowner in the purchasing of existing homes with the plans to renovate to their custom selections. We also offer maintenance services to our owners of properties that we manage.

Property Management

Over the past 25 years we have managed our own rental portfolio as well as provided property management services for private owners and investors.  We provide a full service property management program that removes all of the headaches and provides an experienced approach to profitability.  We provide a list of services that have proven to reduce liability risk, lower maintenance and increase cash flow. 

Real Estate Brokerage

We are a full service Real Estate Company offering both buyers and sellers the experience service of a professional Realtor. We help buyers find their dream homes both new and existing. We work with many investors to locate good investments properties then renovate if necessary and resell or manage their rental. We also offer existing properties for sale and assist with selling properties.  We are members of the Northern Kentucky Realtor Association and offer multiple-listing services to all of our listing.
